Postcards and rack cards can be a very valuable and cost effective marketing tool for every industry whether it’s business-to-business or business-to-consumer. Whether mailed, left on a display or handed out at an event, the broad range of size choices to the many marketing messages available. They are also commonly left in public places as part of marketing campaigns.


Our postcards can be printed single or double sided and on a wide variety of paper stocks and coating options. We can print as few as 500 postcards all the way up to 50,000.


What is a rack card?

Simply put, a rack card is just a postcard that measures 4″x9″. Anything else is referred to as a postcard.


Paper Stocks & Sizes

14pt Gloss Cover • Our most common paper stock. Available with a high gloss or semi gloss coating on both sides.
16pt Gloss Cover • Thickest paper stock. Available with high gloss, semi gloss, matte coating or spot UV high gloss coating.
16pt C1S Gloss Cover • This paper stock has a high gloss coating on the front but is smooth on the back (Coated on 1 Side).
Postcards are also available in a wide variety of sizes.
4.25″x5.5″ • 4″x6″ • 4″x9″ • 5″x7″ • 8.5″x5.5″ • 8.5″x11″


Coating Options

UV Coating • Short for Ultravoilet Light-cured Coating, this is the high gloss coating found on most printed items.
AQ Coating • Known as Aqueous Coating, this is a semi-gloss coating and MUST be used for mailouts when using an automatic addressing machine.
Satin AQ Coating • This is a matte finish that can be easily written on with a ball point pen.
Spot UV Coating • Same as the standard high-gloss coating but is only on specific spots of your choosing. Any areas not coated by the Spot UV coating will have a dull varnish

Turnaround Times

Our turnaround time for standard postcards is typically 5-7 business days after proof approval. For Spot UV and Matte coatings, add 1-2 additional business days. Rush options are available for an additional cost.


Every Door Direct Mail

Every Door Direct Mail (known as EDDM) is a service offered by the United States Postal Service designed to help local businesses target consumers or business in certain areas. You can choose to blanket an entire ZIP code or choose specific routes. USPS has an online map tool available to see ZIP codes and routes available that will give you a total number of delivery addresses as well as the cost.
