Plastic signs are made from long lasting, weather-proof 4 mil plastic that is lightweight and extremely durable. They can be placed in a wide variety of locations from well-traveled street corners, outdoor job sites, front yards and more. Unlike a lot of sign companies who use vinyl decals, we print directly to the corrugated plastic material in full color ensuring that your finished product will look bright, vibrant and stand out against the rest.

While we can make corrugated plastic signs in just about any size up to 4’x8′, our most common sizes are listed below.

Printing Method

Six color process (CMYKcm), weather-resistant UV-cured inks, printed directly to the plastic. Please note that corrugated plastic is not considered a permanent sign solution. For high resolution prints, consider foam products or aluminum signs.

Cleaning & Storage

Do NOT use abrasive, petroleum-based or alcohol/ammonia-based cleaners on your plastic signs. Mild dishwashing soap and water is all that is necessary to clean your signs. If you notice any dirt or contaminates on your sign, do not attempt to scratch off the dirt as this may damage the print. Do not attempt to store these signs on top of one another while they are damp or wet. If you have removable dates or information on your sign, be sure to remove them as soon as your particular event is over. This will reduce the amount of cleaning and excess adhesive left over on the sign. Store your signs in a cool, dry place.

Ground Stake Options

Economy Wire Stake • These H-stakes are designed to support signs 14″ off the ground and are constructed from Zinc-plated 9-gauge steel wire. While these stakes will hold a sign stable, they are recommended for one-time use.
Plastic Spider Stake • These plastic stakes are made from near 100% recycled fiberglass-reinforced high-density plastic. The stakes have a foot peg built in to make it easier to get the stake into hard soil. These stakes are designed for short to medium term outdoor use. These stakes are a special order item only.
Heavy Duty Wire Stakes • These wire stakes are designed for medium to long term outdoor use and while the upper portion is made from 9-gauge steel wire, the lower section is made from 1/4″ galvanized steel.
Grommets • Grommets can be added for an additional cost for easier installation.

Turnaround Times

Our typical turnaround time for standard size corrugated plastic is normally 2-4 business days. For uncommon sizes, add an additional 2 business days. Rush options are available for an additional cost.

Print Quality

Corrugated plastic is not considered to be a permanent sign solution. Our corrugated plastic signs are printed using a wide format inkjet technology. The recommended viewing distance for this type of sign is 6 feet or more. For a high resolution, high quality print, consider using Aluminum signs.
