Aluminum signs are one of the most versatile signs available. They can be made in one-piece sizes up to 5′ x 10′ and as small as 6″ x 12″. They can be printed single or double-sided and are available with and without steel frames on select sizes.

Printing Method

Six color process (CMYKcm), weather-resistant UV-cured inks, printed directly to the substrate. After printing, a protective UV laminate is applied to the substrate, giving it a longer life outdoors and to protect it from light scratches.

Numerous Options

Aluminum signs can be printed on .040, .080 and aluminum composite material, with or without a wide range of reflective options. Our most common sizes for aluminum signs are:

Turnaround Times

Our typical turnaround time for standard size aluminum signs is normally 2-4 business days. For uncommon sizes, add an additional 2 business days. Rush options are available for an additional cost.
