Signature Signs & Graphics does not accept returns on completed custom orders. All custom projects are manufactured to customer specifications. Signature Signs & Graphics supplies proof drawings for Customer approval. Projects do not begin production until you have reviewed and approved the proof. Once we receive your approval, the project begins production and cannot be changed without incurring additional costs.
All sales on custom projects are considered final AFTER proof approval. Orders canceled BEFORE proof approval will incur charges based on the amount of graphic design completed as well as supplies and/or installations completed. Non-customized stock items may be returned for store credit only within 3 calendar days of purchase and must be undamaged and include all parts and accessories. A 10% restocking fee will apply to non-customized stock items.
Signature Signs & Graphics will correct all products that have production errors. It is our intent to supply an error-free product. Problems with colors, sizes or missing parts should be reported within 3 business days. After 3 business days, all orders will be considered final.
