Sign Repair & Maintenance
Sign Repair & Maintenance
Is your sign not lighting up? Storm Damage?
Signs that are not correctly lighting up at night is one of the most common issues. There could be a multitude of underlying causes, whether it’s a power supply issue, a timer or photocell that’s non-operational, or even broken light bulbs. We have the training and knowledge to trace the exact root of your problem and provide you with a solution.
Was your sign damaged in a recent storm? Are the faces of your letters old and falling off? We can help with that as well. With our in-house manufacturing capabilities, we can make new faces for your letters or even make an entirely new letter for those that have been damaged beyond repair.
We can even do sign removals!
Conversion to LED
The use of neon lighting in signs has been around for nearly a century. It’s an established technology but does suffer from many drawbacks. Neon signs typically use 5 to 10 times more power than their LED counterparts. Neon tubes need to have their gases periodically refilled, can easily be broken and tend to dull in brightness over time.
We can take your existing sign and upgrade the lighting to energy-efficient and environmentally friendly LED lighting. Not only will this lower your electricity bill, but you will save even more money in the long run by not requiring constant maintenance and repair.
Don’t Choose Just Anybody…
Signs and marquees are a critical aspect of the image that your company projects to its customers. Choosing a sign company involves more than just negotiating a price.
Licensing
A person or business may not perform or offer to perform electrical work unless the person or business holds an appropriate license issued by the State of Texas. Should a fire occur because of an illuminated sign that was not manufactured or installed by a licensed electrical sign contractor, your insurance company could have the option of denying your claim. At Signature Signs & Graphics, we hold all of the necessary licenses and insurance requirements to do any kind of electrical sign work within the State of Texas. All license numbers can be checked online at www.tdlr.texas.gov.
The Repair / Retrofit Process

After the site survey is completed, we will give you some options for your sign that may include replacing the current lighting or transformers, upgrading the lighting or repairing any damage.
Schedule the Work
Once we receive all of the necessary parts and components for your sign, we will schedule your installation date and time. Please note that all installs are weather-permitting.
