High Quality Business Cards
Great businesses need great cards!
Business Cards are a time-honored way for people to swap contact information and provide a quick visual impression to the recipient. Their size makes it easy to keep them with you at all times, so you never lose an opportunity to make a valuable new contact. Consider adding a coupon or other promotion to the back of your card to help your new contact become your new customer.
In this ever more digital age, Business Cards still play a vital role. Whether providing information that the recipient enters manually into their contact list, that they scan into a digital device, or that they digitize directly from a QR Code on your card, Business Cards are as important as ever.
They are also commonly left in public places as part of marketing campaigns.
Paper Stocks
14pt Gloss Cover • Our most common paper stock. Available with a high gloss or semi gloss coating on both sides.
16pt Gloss Cover • Thickest paper stock. Available with high gloss, semi gloss, matte coating or spot UV high gloss coating.
16pt C1S Gloss Cover • This paper stock has a high gloss coating on the front but is smooth on the back (Coated on 1 Side).
What is a Spot UV Coating?
A UV Coating refers to a coating that is cured by ultraviolet light. This is the high gloss finish that is used on most high quality business cards. A Spot UV coating is only applied to specific spots of your choosing. That means you can have your company logo or any other elements printed with a gloss finish and have everything else printed with a matte finish.
Rounded Corners
If you prefer a slightly different card, rounded corners are also available in 1/8″, 1/4″ 3/8″ and 1/2″ sizes. We can even round the top two, bottom two or all four corners!
Turnaround Times
Our turnaround time for standard business cards is typically 5-6 business days after proof approval. For Spot UV and Matte coatings, add 1-2 additional business days. Rush options may be available for an additional cost.
Akuafoil
Are you looking for an eye-catching card? Akuafoil is a relatively new technology that applies a layer of metallic silver ink underneath your full-color printed design, resulting in glimmering metallic accents. Akuafoil looks best under lighter colors. Darker colors will not look as metallic.

Artwork Requirements
File Preparation
To ensure that your files are print ready, we recommend that you create your files using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign. We do not accept files from desktop publishing programs such as Word, Publisher or PowerPoint. Crop marks cannot touch the cut edge of the card and should not be used for Adobe Photoshop files.
Ensure that you use the CMYK color space (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow & blacK). These are industry standard printing colors. Any documents created using the RGB color space will experience minor to major color shifts.
Use a minimum resolution of 300 ppi (pixels per inch) for image files.
Bleed & Safe Area
Artwork should have 1/8″ (0.125″) bleed extending past the trim line. This is to prevent minor cutting variations from leaving unintended results at the trim edge.
The safe area is area 1/8″ (0.125″) inside of the cut line. Any important information or images should not be put outside the safe area.

Included in each ZIP file are the following file formats: AI, EPS, PDF, PSD.
