Important Information Regarding COVID-19

We recognize that the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation is a serious concern for our customers. As a small, family-owned business, we are doing everything we can to make sure that we’re still able to provide the same level of service that our customers have come to expect. First and foremost, we’re enhancing our hand-washing, cleaning, and hygiene procedures to help protect our valuable customers and employees. We have greatly increased our cleaning frequency for our lobby area and all of our high-touch surfaces.


Online Design Tool

For those unaware, we have an online design tool available for many of our simpler items including yard signs and banners. Simply design the sign to your specifications and choose the quantity as well as any additional options and submit your payment. From there, your order will immediately go into production. After completion, if you prefer a contact-less pickup, we can accommodate that as well. Simply give us a call and we’ll figure out the best and easiest way to pick up your order.


Current Turnaround Times

Please allow for a few extra business days in regards to proofs on new orders. We are also experiencing an extended turnaround time on large format printing as well. This will include banners, vehicle magnets, aluminum signs, corrugated plastic signs and any printed & cut vinyl projects.


Vehicle Wrap & Decal Projects

We are currently not accepting any new vehicle wrap projects at the current time. This includes full wraps, partial wraps, color change and vehicle customization projects. Vehicle customization projects include wrapping chrome trim & emblems. Turnaround times on vehicle decal projects is greatly increased. Our current turnaround time on vehicle decal proofs is approximately 3-4 weeks.


Additionally, we are taking the following steps to keep our employees safe and our facility clean:

• Starting on Monday, March 16, our restroom will be closed to the public until further notice. We understand the hardship this may pose to our customers, but we must do everything we can to ensure the safety of our team members.

• Reiterating to our team members the importance of staying home if they have any symptoms of the COVID-19 illness or if they feel sick.
